Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cheese Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, diced jalapenos, grated Monterey Jack cheese, bacon bits, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined into a uniform cheese mixture.
  2. Preheat Air Fryer and Prepare Coating Ingredients: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). While it heats, whisk the eggs and heavy cream together in one bowl until fully blended. In a separate bowl, place the crushed pork rinds, which will be used to coat the cheese bites.
