  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • Additional graham cracker crumbs for rolling the cookie balls

Instructions

  1. Prepare the wet mixture: Melt the butter and combine it with the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until well blended to create a smooth base.
  2. Add dry ingredients: Stir in the graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed, forming a thick dough.
  3. Chill the mixture: Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about one hour to firm up, making it easier to handle for shaping.
  4. Form cookie balls: Roll the chilled mixture into 1 1/4 inch balls. Aim to make them slightly small as these treats are quite rich.
  5. Coat and chill again: Roll each ball in additional graham cracker crumbs to coat. Return the coated balls to the refrigerator and chill until firm.
