Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400℉ (200℃) to prepare for baking the potato slices.
  2. Cook the Bacon: Gently cook 3 pieces of bacon on the stovetop until partially cooked but not too crispy, as the bacon will continue cooking in the oven.
  3. Prepare Baking Dish: Line a baking dish or sheet with foil and spray it with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
