  4. Combine Tea and Syrup: Once steeped, remove the tea bags and pour the hot tea into the mug containing the honey syrup, stirring to blend.
  5. Add Frothed Milk: Pour the steamed oat milk into the tea mixture, holding back the foam with a spoon, then scoop the milk foam on top for a layered latte effect.
