Tea Base
- 8 bags green tea
- 4 cups boiling water
- 3 tablespoons honey
Fruit and Garnish
- 4 cups assorted fresh fruit, such as nectarine wedges, lemon or lime slices, blueberries, and/or raspberries

Soda
- 1 liter plain sparkling water, chilled
- Brew the tea: Add tea bags to 4 cups of boiling water and let them steep for 2 to 3 minutes. After steeping, remove and discard the tea bags.
- Sweeten and chill: Stir in 3 tablespoons of honey into the hot brewed tea until fully dissolved. Cover the tea and place it in the refrigerator to chill completely.
- Prepare the fruit: While the tea is chilling, slice the assorted fresh fruit into wedges or slices suitable for garnishing glasses.
- Assemble the soda: Pour the chilled sweetened green tea evenly among eight to ten 12-ounce glasses. Add a portion of the sliced fresh fruit to each glass.
- Finish with sparkling water and garnish: Top off each glass with chilled plain sparkling water to fill. Garnish each drink with fresh mint leaves for an aromatic touch. Serve immediately and enjoy.
