Ingredients

Scale

Turkey and Stuffing

  • 8 slices good quality Herb Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
  • 1 (5 oz) dry Stuffing Mix

Sauce and Gravy

  • 1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (18 oz) jar of Turkey Gravy
  • Non-stick cooking spray, for baking dish
  • Dried parsley flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Stuffing: Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions, preferably using the microwave method for ease and speed.
  2. Mix Soup and Gravy: In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup with the jarred turkey gravy, stirring until smooth and well blended.
  3. Preheat Oven and Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. Assemble Roll Ups: Spoon approximately ¼ cup of prepared stuffing onto each slice of turkey. Carefully roll up each slice, placing the seam side down in the greased baking dish. Repeat with all turkey slices.
  5. Add Gravy and Bake: Pour about 1½ cups of the soup and gravy mixture evenly over the turkey rolls. Optionally, sprinkle dried parsley flakes on top for garnish. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the casserole is hot and bubbling.
  7. Warm Remaining Gravy: While baking, warm the remaining gravy in a medium saucepan over medium heat to serve alongside the casserole.
  8. Serve: Serve the turkey and stuffing roll ups hot, topped with the warm creamy gravy for a comforting meal.

Notes

  • Using pre-cooked turkey slices keeps this recipe quick and convenient.
  • Microwaving the stuffing mix is a good shortcut, but stovetop instructions also work well.
  • Optional parsley flakes add a nice visual touch and mild flavor.
  • This dish pairs well with steamed vegetables or a fresh green salad for a balanced meal.
  • Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days and reheated gently.
