Ingredients

Scale

Dough and Cheese

  • 1 can (16.3 ounces) refrigerated flaky biscuits
  • 1 can (13.8 ounces) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 package (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese (about 2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Meat and Sauce

  • 1 package (5 ounces) mini pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)

Olive Oil Mixture

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon dried onion bits
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons Italian herb mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oven and Bundt Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Generously grease a Bundt pan to prevent sticking and ensure easy removal after baking.
  2. Create the Olive Oil Mixture: In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine olive oil, melted butter, dried onion bits, minced garlic, Italian herb mix, crushed red pepper flakes, and chopped parsley. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the butter is fully melted and the flavors are well blended.
  3. Prepare the Dough and Pan Filling: Cut each biscuit into quarters and slice the pizza dough into 1 1/2-inch pieces. Scatter one-third of the mini pepperoni slices and one-third of the Parmesan cheese evenly on the bottom of the prepared Bundt pan.
  4. Assemble the Bread Layers: Toss the cut biscuit and pizza dough pieces in the olive oil mixture until thoroughly coated. Place half of these coated dough pieces into the Bundt pan. Sprinkle half of the remaining pepperoni and Parmesan cheese over the dough. Drizzle 1/4 cup of marinara sauce evenly over the dough layer, then sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Complete the Assembly: Add the remaining coated biscuit and pizza dough pieces into the Bundt pan. Top with the remaining marinara sauce, pepperoni slices, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese so the coverage is full and even.
  6. Bake and Serve: Bake the assembled bread in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Allow it to cool in the Bundt pan for 10 minutes before carefully removing. Serve warm with additional marinara sauce for dipping if desired.

Notes

  • Generously greasing the Bundt pan ensures easy removal and prevents sticking.
  • You can substitute mini pepperoni with other favorite pizza toppings like cooked sausage or vegetables.
  • If you prefer a spicier bread, increase the crushed red pepper flakes to taste.
  • Letting the bread cool slightly before removing it helps maintain its shape and avoids breakage.
  • Store any leftovers covered tightly in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat before serving.
