Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare Baking Dish: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and line an 8×8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and uniform. Gradually add the cornstarch and whisk again until fully incorporated.
  3. Add Berries and Transfer Mixture: Fold in 1 cup of the berries gently into the yogurt mixture. Pour this batter into the prepared baking dish, then sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of berries evenly on top.
  4. Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes, or until the center of the yogurt custard is set and no longer jiggly.
