Instructions

  1. Clean Mushrooms: Clean mushrooms with a damp paper towel and pat them dry thoroughly to remove any dirt and ensure they crisp well in the air fryer.
  2. Season Mushrooms: In a bowl, toss mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried Italian herbs, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 to 5 minutes to ensure it reaches the right temperature for even cooking.
  4. Arrange Mushrooms: Place the seasoned mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket to allow hot air to circulate properly and crisp the mushrooms evenly.
