Instructions

  1. Preheat & Prep: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and place the rack in the top position. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

  4. Shape the Bagels: Divide the kneaded dough into four equal portions. Roll each portion into a rope about 6-7 inches long and approximately 1 inch thick. Form each rope into a bagel shape by joining the ends and pinching the seam securely.
  5. Egg Wash & Season: Beat the egg and brush it generously over the tops of each bagel. Sprinkle with your choice of toppings such as everything bagel seasoning, sesame seeds, shredded cheese, or poppy seeds for extra flavor and texture.
